Uploading Your Photo

The quality of your engraved crystal is completely dependent on the quality of your photo. We strongly recommend that you take a minute to review About Your Photo to ensure that the photo you send to us is of the highest quality and in the proper format.

Once you are ready to order, you have three easy options for sending your photo to us:

Electronic Upload

Simply sign in or register with us, proceed to My Photos, and upload your photo(s). Your photos will be available for selection on items which require an uploaded photo. Once you have uploaded a photo, we keep it on file until you decide to delete it.

Email Attachment

You may simply email your photo files to us at photos@engravedkeepsakes.com. Please send one photo file per email and include your order number, name, and telephone number in each email so we can contact you and ensure that your files are properly matched to your order items.

Physical Delivery

Finally, you may send your files on CD or DVD to us via the US Postal Service or any of the express package carriers. If you choose this option, please copy your files onto a CD or DVD, enclose it in a sturdy CD mailer, and send it to us at:
