We want you to be 100% happy, so our guarantee is very simple.

If we made an engraving mistake, we will replace the item immediately and ship it to you at our expense.

If there is no mistake on our part, but you are not 100% happy with the product, you may return it to us for a full refund within thirty (30) days of receipt. Returns after thirty (30) days of receipt will not be accepted or refunded.

Should you need to return your purchase for any reason, please contact us at 866-632-6097 and we will send you a Product Return Form, which must accompany all returned items. Please note that all returned items must include all original packaging. Presentation bases must be like new and resaleable.

While our returns rate is very low, we want to learn from our mistakes, so please feel free to let us know what you found to be unsatisfactory about your product. It will help us improve our quality.
